​Room Together Plans:

 

Our facility offers a $5 discount per day for dogs that can share a kennel, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your furry friends! They need to be able to eat and rest together in the same kennel.

Vaccination Requirements:

• Distemper

• Rabies vaccinations

• Bordetella (Required to be administered 14 days prior to stay if lapsed)

🐕 Individualized Boarding Option:

For dogs who are more comfortable in a private setting, we also offer individualized boarding away from the group play environment. These guests receive plenty of one-on-one attention, care, and enrichment tailored to their needs. Individual boarders enjoy the comfort of their own private space and outdoor time.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times:​

Boarding drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only to ensure a smooth experience for every guest.

​

Available appointment times are between:

• 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM 

​

You will select the time that works best for you when requesting your appointment. Please arrive only at your scheduled time so we can ensure your dog and their personal items are ready for pickup.

​

🌙 Extended Stay Option:

For added convenience, evening pick-up (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM) is available as an extended stay option for $25, allowing your dog to enjoy a full additional day of care, play, and attention before heading home.

 

Reservation Policies:

​

A 50% deposit is required for all boarding reservations. Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at pickup.​​

Food, Medication and Supplements:

 

To help us keep your pup on their regular feeding schedule, please portion their food into individual bags—one for each meal. If your pup takes medication or supplements with food, pills can be included in their pre-portioned meal bags.

​

If your dog needs assistance taking their medication or supplements, please include clear instructions with the appropriate dosage. We offer pill pockets at no charge to help make medication time easier for your pup!
