Our Pawlicies

Drop-off and Pickup:

 

Drop off and pickup is by appointment only during the time spot you choose within our open hours. We offer a 15-minute grace period before and after scheduled appointment times. After this window, fees will apply.

 

​Boarding:

  • Morning drop-off/pickup: 7:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.

  • Evening drop-off/pickup: 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Daycare: 

  • Morning drop-off/pickup: 7:00 A.M. - 8:30 A.M. (9:00 A.M. By Request)

  • Evening drop-off/pickup: 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

Communication is required for any time adjustments. Early or late drop-offs/pickups without prior notice will incur a $12 convenience fee.

 

Please note: Dogs not picked up by 6:00 P.M. on their scheduled pickup day will be boarded overnight at the boarding rate, plus a $25 convenience fee. They can be picked up between 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. the following morning.

Dropping off/picking up dogs on the wrong day will result in a $25 fee, plus our regular rates.

 

Vaccination Requirements:

To ensure a safe environment for all pets, we require up-to-date vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian. The required vaccinations are:

  • Bordetella - Required to be administered 14 days prior to stay if lapsed

  • Distemper

  • Rabies - Typically administered at 12-16 weeks of age, depending on the clinic

 

Appointments:

  • Appointments are required for all services. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the requested drop-off time.

  • Same-day requests are subject to availability. If confirmed, a $10 same-day booking fee will apply.

  • We do not accommodate dogs with aggressive behavior towards people or females in season.

  • A $25 fee will be charged for any females that go into season during their stay.

  • If a dog is sent home early for any reason at our discretion, the owner is responsible for the full cost of the booked stay.

 

Reservation Policies:

  • We require all clients to submit our waiver. Waivers can be signed while making an appointment through your Paw Partner account. Appointments will not be confirmed until our waiver is submitted.

  • A 50% deposit is required for all boarding reservations. Deposits can be made while requesting an appointment with us through your Paw Partner account. Your deposit will be refunded if we are unable to accomicate your appointment request.

  • The remaining balance is due at pickup.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Deposits are non-refundable for stays 3 nights or longer. Deposits can be used towards a new appointment request made at time of cancelation.

  • Early pickups that result in a shortened boarding reservation will incur a $25 fee per unused day.
