For the well-being of the dogs in our care, we prefer to schedule tours outside of our busy drop-off and pick-up windows. The best times are typically around 9:30 A.M. or 3:00 P.M., but we’re happy to do our best to accommodate other times if needed.

Walk-in tours are not available. To ensure everyone’s safety, we need time to properly kennel the dogs before bringing visitors into the facility. This helps us keep things calm and consistent for the dogs without interrupting their playtime or routine.

Please note that our facility can be loud at times due to excited barking. A common question we get is, “Do the dogs bark all day?” The answer is no—they settle down when there isn’t activity at the door. They just get excited when new people arrive and can’t wait to come back out and play!
